Monetary gifts have an immediate impact on the families and individuals that La Puente serves, and individual donations account for the greatest portion of funding for our programs. La Puente spends less than 10% of its budget on administrative costs. Your gift is indispensable to La Puente, and it is eligible for income tax deductions.
The Enterprise Zone
If you are a Colorado resident, you can donate through the Enterprise Zone and earn state and federal tax credits as well as tax deductions. You do not even need to itemize to benefit! You can choose between doubling your intended gift at no cost or giving an affordable amount and obtaining tax savings at the end of the year!
50% tax credit
Our PALS program is a certified day-care center. As a result, donations for PALS qualify for a 50% tax credit. All you must do is specify the PALS program as a recipient of your donation.
Planned giving
A gift of appreciated securities, stocks, or property can greatly benefit our services while providing a full income tax deduction and capital gain tax savings.
Donate your car
When you donate it to La Puente, we will handle the title transfer and supply you with a receipt for your vehicle and tax records.
