La Puente Home endeavors to serve the homeless and impoverished populations of the San Luis Valley, by offering shelter, meals, assistance with rent and utilities, and more. We try to care for the whole person, offering the dignity and caring that all people deserve, that we all need in order to grow economically and spiritually. It is our heartfelt work to help those who have fallen on hard times. We could be in their position someday.
